Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange Virtual Stock Game Competition 2017

2nd Prize won by University of Bolton – Academic Centre RAK

The finale of the “Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange Virtual Stock Game Competition 2017” Thursday (23rd of March) on Abu Dhabi University’s campus. Organized by ADU’s College of Business Administration in strategic collaboration with the “Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange –ADX”, under the theme “How Would You Invest AED 1,000,000?” the competition attracted more than 117 teams of undergraduate business students from 16 different universities across the UAE. The various student teams competed in trading and investing AED 1,000,000 virtual cash on ADX’s online Stock Market Game, while implementing the most innovative investment strategies to gain the highest returns.

ADX Chief Executive, Rashed Al Blooshi and Dr. Nejla Ellili Associate Professor of Finance at ADU’s College of Business Administration, Coordinator of Finance & Economics, Head of the Committee organizing the competition, graced the occasion.

2nd Prize won by University of Bolton – Academic Centre RAK team. The prize comprised of award money of AED 10000 and certificates of appreciation.

The winners were Moriah Cena and Isac Philip of B.Sc(Management).
